One of the challenge would be to backup the information on the Outlook and files from the file system and synchronised them to the storage file system such as a Network Attached Storage.

 

Note: A network attached storage is a computer data storage hardware which links directly to a network to allow computers in the network to backup data to it.

As the information is performed at the customer premises, data confidentiality is ensured as all the installation is performed at the customer location.

Training is provided during the installation so that the customer can benefit from the implementation. This means that they will be able to maintain the backup themselves after the system has been backup.

The other challenge is to have different versions of files amended or created on different dates. Most of us use external hard disk for performing backing up files with different version for us. However, portable hard disk are not as reliable as a NAS or proper backup system. Therefore, we deployed NAS solutions for our customers using cloud versioning backup.

We have personally uses NAS in our home automation. Therefore, we understand the advantages using a NAS well and we are proficient in safe deployment of the NAS without the risk of customer losing their data.
