We do not perform support onsite. This also means that we manage support through existing hardware and optimising the hardware setup and configuration. If the optimising performing new hardware, we may provide alternative solutions, however, customer would need to buy the hardware and installation on their own. We can assist in the software configuration online whenever possible.
We only charge for service if the solutions we provide works to the customer satisfaction. As the amount of work will varies depending on nature of work. We are charging at SGD 30 an hour.
As we are experience in this area, therefore, we are efficient in solving the issues. However, there will be exception whereby the device is slow and activities which involves scanning of hard disk and so on. We will suggest that the customer inform us once the task is complete. In this way, we eliminate non value added time and cost for both parties.
