How is the support being performed?The support is performed online using AnyDesk. It provides fast and direct way of performing settings on the customer notebook and device directly and efficiently.

Do you perform the support onsite?We do not perform support onsite. This also means that we manage support through existing hardware and optimising the hardware setup and confoguration. If the optimising performing new hardware, we may provide solutions, however, customer would need to buy the hardware and installation on their own.

How do you charge for your service?We only charge for service if the solutions we provide works to the customer satisfaction. As the amount of work will varies depending on nature of work. For a start we are charging at SGD 30 an hour. As we are experience in this area, therefore, we are efficient in solving the issues. However, there will be exception whereby the device is slow and activities which involves scanning of hard disk and so on. We will suggest that the customer inform us once the task is complete. In this way, we eliminate non value added time and cost for both parties.

Do you provide warranty for your service?As mentioned earlier, if the service is not up to expectation, we will not charge the customer unless it is due to hardware or issues which are due to the problem itself.
